Ace's Birthday Bash is a celebration of our mascot ACE (Achieving Community Excellence). This is an excellent opportunity to meet our student organizations, and celebrate our awesome mascot!
Homecoming Week
TAMUT's Homecoming Week tradition began in the Fall of 2014. This is a week packed with events such as the Concert & Chili Cook off, our homecoming game! We are one of the few universities who base our Homecoming on a women's sport, and soccer!
Hispanic Heritage Celebration
This event is co-sponsored by our International English Program. This event is all about celebrating the heritage and culture of Mexico!
A&M's Got Talent
This annual event is all about showcasing the talents of our awesome students. 1st place prize is $1000!
Trunk Or Treat
We invite our community to play games, that are hosted by our student organizations, for candy and toys. We also have inflatables available.
Do Something Nice Day
This is a day all about paying it forward, and making our students happy! We even have drive-by community service projects to benefit our community!
iServe Community Service Week
This is week full of community service hosted by the Office of Student Life! We go to local community organizations to help out such as Runnin' WJ Ranch, and Salvation Army. The first 50 participants get a free t-shirt!
De-Stress Day
This is a day all about giving our students some stress relief, by playing in our puppy room, which is hosted by the Animal Care & Adoption Center of Texarkana. We also have massages brought to you by, Campus Spa.
Fuel For Finals
This event is all about fueling our students for their finals by having a late night breakfast and prizes!
Cocoa Palooza
It is co-hosted by our Student Organization Council (SOC). This is a great opportunity to meet student organizations, and get your face on a mug. There is also free hot cocoa!
Recharge! Student Leadership Retreat
We invite our student leaders and take 50 students to Sky Ranch for a weekend full of leadership activities! Previous speakers include: Jonathan Sprinkles, Jon Vroman, and Ryan Penneau!

Easter Egg Hunt
This event is co-sponsored by our Intramural Sports and Fitness Center. We have tons of prizes and candy filled eggs hidden around campus. Be sure to bring your current student ID to claim your prizes!
Casino Night
This event is all about giving back to our students by offering them over $3000 worth of prizes donated by our community and our office of Student Life. Be sure to bring your current Student ID.
Spring Fling
This is our big week of events for the Spring semester. We have events from comedians, concerts and a Slam Poetry Competition. We always end it with a huge event such as a dance party!
Slam Poetry Competition
This event is an excellent opportunity to showcase our talented student poets! Students sign for the event with their poetry to compete against won another for the grand prize. 1st place prize is $500!

Paint This! Series
This is a series of events during both semesters that we offer by having local artists whether they are students, work at our university or in the area to teach a class over painting. We provide all the supplies and canvases for our students to make their masterpieces. Some of our artists have included: Chelsey Rodgers, Emily Newsome, Caitlin Gray and Shara Klaus!
